Mamey is such An amazing restaurant. It's located inside a nice hotel in coral gables, with modern decor. Outside and inside dining room, the chef here knows what he's doing. The building of flavors is insane, each dish tells a story in depth. The mussels were de shelled and in a broth with a foot long piece of toast! Everyday we had was absolutely delicious. Must try if you're looking into a nice dinner around coral gables

Food was very good! Service was ok. I thought the staff were friendly, welcoming and informative about the menu....the food took long. With that said - there were only two tables being served at the moment we were there because we were there promptly after opening for brunch at 11:30 am, so not quite sure what was the hold up. When we left there were only 4 tables being served. I would come back - just to try the dinner menu in the hopes that it runs a bit differently. Other than that - food and drinks were actually great. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, decor and music - very "chic" and tropical. The valet staff up front was super nice helpful.

The service was very friendly upon entry and let us move to the table we preferred. We ordered the calamari, short ribs, the tiger prawns, Greek salad and coconut rice. Coconut rice never came out, but they quickly took it off the bill, along with the tiger prawns which were a bit tough/flavor was not there. The short ribs were outstanding, melt in your mouth though! Calamari was cooked to perfection, and you could tell the oil had just been changed. The Greek salad was very fresh and had generous portions of cheese in it. Overall a lovely restaurant and great vibe.

This was quite the delightful experience. From the beginning to the end our service was pristine. We were well taken care of and never felt like a bother to our server. The aesthetic is tropical meets upscale modern. It was quite beautiful to look at. The highlight was the food. The tuna taquitos I will be dreaming about forever. My steak was the perfect temperature and my husband loved his pork. I will definitely be returning when I'm back in South Florida.

Love everything about this place. Paid on site parking. The ambiance is really great. Not too loud which I think is a must if you want to have a conversation. The food is good and so are the drinks

What a fun little spot! Came in for a drink before calling it a night. Got a Flamingo and was not disappointed. Bright, bubbly, fruity flavors without feeling artificial. Gissette provided incredible, prompt service even with multiple people at the bar. Excellent spot to enjoy a break in the beautiful Miami evening air.

Super Cute Rooftop Bar " The Ivy at Mamey" nestled in Coral Gables between a cute Hotel and residential living (across from UM) Great Happy Hour food, drinks and pricing at both restaurants, Mamey and The Ivy Rooftop at Mamey Nice decor, Remember it's Miami so watch your weather conditions and dress accordingly so that you will be comfortable. Service is good inside at Mamey and at Roof Top. It does get crowded at times so a little patience helps

Loved the decor and the ambiance; perfect place for either a date night or an intimate friend's outing. Service was great , food was really good and drinks were ok! We tried and loved the short ribs ( very generous portion ) it has a good potential to be shared, I definitely could not eat it all by myself. The taquitos appetizer was small but delish. I really enjoyed the lighting in the room and the promptness of the service. For my taste, the drinks were a little too sweet but they looked so pretty that I almost didn't care PS: expensive but it comes with looks and location

For lunch, my friends and I chose outside seating which was nice. The service was very good, and everything was delightful. For starters, I chose a refreshing peach drink, and shared the guava plantains (pictured) and fried arepas. It was all magnificent. For entrees, we had the grouper with coconut rice that not only was pleasing to the eyes, but also made our taste buds dance. For the amount of food ordered, the cost for a party of three was on the pricey side, but to be expected during these times.
